Concept Point Nigeria Limited was founded in 1993 and has worked continuously in telecom infrastructure ever since.
We design and build fibre optic and civil telecom infrastructure, and we manufacture and supply the materials that go into it. Beyond Nigeria, we have delivered projects in Tanzania, Ghana, Malawi, Yemen, Ivory Coast and Benin Republic.

A defined structure runs every implementation, so decisions have an owner and issues have a route to escalation.
Teams walk the corridor before anything is drawn. We record soil conditions, road crossings, existing utilities, right-of-way owners and the communities the route passes through.
Marked-up route drawings, a constraints register and a permit list with named authorities.
Detailed design fixes duct configuration, chamber positions, splice locations and crossing methods. We take the drawings through state and federal approvals ourselves.
Issued-for-construction drawings, bill of quantities and secured wayleaves.
Trenching, directional drilling under roads and rivers, duct laying, chamber and manhole construction, and full reinstatement of the surface behind us.
Duct in the ground, chambers built, surfaces reinstated to the road authority's standard.
Cable blown or pulled into duct with bearers and end caps fitted as we go. Warning boards and barricades stay in place for the length of the works.
Cable installed to specified tension limits, with drum and section records.
Fusion splicing at joint closures, followed by OTDR traces and power-meter readings on every fibre in both directions.
Splice loss records, bidirectional OTDR traces and a test pack per section.
As-built drawings, route records and the full test pack are issued together. Completion certificates are signed before the route goes into service.
As-builts, test documentation and a signed certificate of completion.
The route moves onto a standing maintenance contract, covered by the nearest of our 38 centres. Response times are agreed up front and measured against.
Named response teams, patrol schedules and monthly fault reporting.
